Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We do not test our products on animals, and we work only with suppliers who share the same ethical standards. All ingredients and fragrances are 100% vegan and ethically sourced.

Do your products contain allergens?

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products typically have a shelf life of 36 months, depending on storage conditions. We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer samples of your fragrances?

Yes, we provide sample sizes of our fragrances with every order. At this time we do not offer sample or discovery kits.

How can I best store my fragrances?

Store your fragrances in a cool, dark place to maintain their quality and longevity. Avoid exposure to heat, light, and air.

Can I return my fragrance once opened?

No, this is not possible. To ensure the right fragrance for each costumer, we advice to sample the fragrances before blind buying. Once the plastic has been removes and the box has been opened, it is not possible to return this item as we consider this “used”.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. The fragrances are in accordance to IFRA guidelines. However, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

What ingredients do you avoid in your formulations?

We avoid harmful chemicals like parabens, phthalates, and sulfates. Our focus is on safe, natural and sustainable ingredients. We also avoid prohibited ingredients that may harm wildlife.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination. We offer shipping throughout all of Europe. Other countries are not included at this time.
